From their website [1]:

The Casey O'Loughlin Academy of Irish Dance was founded in Calgary over ten years ago by former Riverdance lead dancer and champion Irish Dancer, Cara Casey-O'Loughlin. Shortly after, Cara was joined by her husband, international Irish Dance champion, and former 'Riverdance' dance captain, Mark O'Loughlin, and the pair have been teaching Irish Dancing to hundreds of children in Calgary ever since. In the last decade, the dance school has achieved many accolades both on the international competitive scene and locally performing in many shows. To date, the dance school has had first-place finishes at a regional level, first-place finishes in North America, and achieved a historic 2nd place finish at the first-ever World Irish Dance Championships held in Canada.

Outside the competitive scene, The Casey O'Loughlin Irish dancers have performed all over the country, most notably on stage with the Riverdance cast at the Jubilee Auditorium, and with the renowned Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra at the Jack Singer Concert Hall. We are a competitive school that is proud to have consistently produced top Irish dancers since we opened our doors over a decade ago. Saying that - having fun and enjoying Irish dancing is just as important! Our goal is to raise successful Irish dancers that make life long friends, and families that support each other on their Irish dance journey.

The Casey O'Loughlin Academy is registered with the official governing body of Irish Dance, An Coimisiun le Rince Gaelacha (CLRG).
