| − | We at the Kahurangi Irish Dance School are all about the love of everything Irish. We run classes from Preschool through to Open Championship. These classes are great for anyone wanting to dance socially, for fitness or to become a champion dancer. New dancers are of course always welcome, we accept dancers from age 2yrs up. These classes are taught by our two amazing teachers: Elizabeth-Jane Ruthvern ( T.C.R.G), Lianna Connor (soon to be T.C.R.G). Both our teachers have 40+ years combined experience. This experience is in both team and solo dance styles. Our main focus at K.I.D.S is on Solo competitive Irish dancing, however, we also do team ceilis, rhythm pieces, contemporary Irish dances, and Grades. We finish each year with a showcase where every student, no matter what their ability, is included. This is where we get to show parents, family, and friends what we have been working on and to share the different goals achieved throughout the year.
