From their web site:

The Doyle Academy of Irish Dance opened it's doors in 2000 and officially began competition in 2002 after Leeann Doyle successfully gained her TCRG. Her sister Paula went on to gain her TCRG in 2003 and together they are teachers of the Doyle Academy of Irish Dance. The Academy is based in Manurewa and Kohimarmara and is the only Irish Dance Academy in South Auckland with registered and QUALIFIED Irish Dance teachers. The Academy has just under 50 dancers ranging in age from 4 to 17 years. with most dancers aiming to compete in regional and national competition. At the 2005 New Zealand Championships the Academy came away with their first National Solo Champion and took home three team dancing titles. In 2006 the Academy gained another National Solo Champion and 3 World Qualifiers.
Both Leeann and Paula have many years of competitive Irish dancing experience and their aim is for every child to reach their dancing potential and to have fun in the world of Irish Dancing. We cater for dancers that wish to remain social and non-competitive by providing in-class competitions and an end of year show every two years. We also have adults classes that cater for people looking for fun and fitness in our Manurewa hall.
