From their website [1]:

Weber Irish Dance was founded over 50 years ago by Toni and Madeleine Weber. They built their dance school on their strong passion for sharing Irish dancing with students and audiences throughout the Chicago area. Our mission at Weber Irish Dance is to provide students the opportunity to learn Irish dancing with a focus on choreography and teamwork rather than competition. Through this focus, we instill the values of dedication and responsibility in our students. Students work together to complete team dances, building friendships and encouraging each other so all the dancers can excel. In keeping with these values, dancers throughout the school and at all levels wear a traditional dress for performance. At Weber Irish Dance, we hope to create an exciting and enjoyable environment where students can celebrate Irish dancing and share their love of dance with audiences. Please contact us for more information about joining Weber Irish Dance!
