From their website [1]:

Rince Na Sonas (dance of happiness in Gaelic) was founded in 2006.

Classes are offered to boys and girls from preschool through college age in both recreational and competitive settings. Students are instructed in both traditional and contemporary dancing, with a focus on teamwork, technique, fitness, and best practice for injury prevention. We believe that with proper technique, hard work, and a positive attitude, all students can reach their full potential!

Our school is fully certified and registered with An Coimisiun le Rinci Gaelacha in Dublin, Ireland, the Irish Dance Teachers Association of North America, and the Mid-Atlantic Region. The purpose of these organizations is to preserve and promote Irish culture, including Irish dance. As members in good standing of these organizations, our dancers are eligible to enter Feisanna, or dance competitions, organized by the North American Feis Commission if they so desire.

We are very active in the greater Syracuse community. We participate annually in the Syracuse St. Patrick's Parade, as well as events such as cultural festivals, educational performances in schools, charity performances at nursing homes, and as entertainment at weddings and other events.

Teachers: Megan Hickey, ADCRG & Erin Hickey Greenwood, TCRG
