Murphy Academy of Irish Dance
From their website [1]:
Our academy's mission is for dancers to fall in love with Irish dancing, whether that is during their recreational class or traveling the world to major competitions and performance. Our goal is to navigate each dancer to achieve their dancing dreams. Our programs give dancers the opportunity to learn steps in a positive, family-friendly environment while building lifelong friendships. Our faculty helps to improve each dancer's skill and build their confidence to take on the big stage. Irish dancing is an art form, and it is important to us that our dancers are well-rounded performers, which is why you can spot us throughout the local community especially around St. Patrick's Day.
We believe in community involvement. We give our dancers the platform to take their dancing beyond their weekly class. These opportunities include local community performances and parades, feisanna and dancing competitively, and illustrating a story through Irish dance in our end of the year dance dramas. Sharing the tradition of Irish dancing through these unique opportunities in a nurturing class environment for all ability levels is what sets us apart. We will continue teaching the culture of our sport, Irish dance, and will forever share the love of Irish dancing throughout the Central Massachusetts.
