Griffith Academy of Irish Dance
From their website [1]:
The Griffith Academy is one of the premier Irish Dancing schools in the country and has a long tradition of producing champion dancers and international performers. In addition to Irish, the Academy also offers classes in Ballet, Tap, and Jazz, and many classes for those who wish to study Irish Dance but have no desire to pursue it at the competitive level. Every year, the School produces a recital that is widely attended beyond the School community and acclaimed for its professionalism. As well as a rigorous dance education for all levels from age 3 to adult, the Griffith Academy prides itself on fostering a supportive and meaningful community for children outside of their school setting. Friendships formed at the Academy often last a lifetime. Indeed, most of the School's staff began as dancers at the School. The staff of the School is unique in that they are all accomplished professionals outside the Academy and thus have a breadth of experience with which to teach and to mentor. We offer classes in Old Wethersfield, where the School is based, and in Manchester and Glastonbury. We look forward to welcoming you to the Griffith Academy Family.
