From their website [1]:

At the Flying Irish, we pride ourselves on our quality Irish Dance programs where every student is treated as an individual. Our small class sizes ensure that dancers receive plenty of one-on-one attention and move at their own pace. Dancers and their families make friends for life make friends while working together to make every event a success. Flying Irish Dancers learn the history and culture of Ireland and how it relates to Irish Dance. They even learn to speak some Gaelic! Our dancers participate in the centuries-old tradition of feiseanna (Irish Dance competitions), learning modern Irish Dance choreography in the sequence of dances that have been taught for generations. We belong to an Open Platform organization, where making feis friends is every bit as important as the final results.
