From their website [1]:

Dó Cairde (pronounced doe car-jah) is Gaelic for "two friends." Maureen Frail and Kathy Hanley Oikemus, ADCRG encourage the students to enjoy and understand the art and culture of Irish Dancing. They believe that while dancing can be competitive, it should also instill a sense of teamwork and the ability to learn from mistakes. Maureen and Kathy hope that the students of Dó Cairde will develop friendships that will last a lifetime.
