From their website [1]:

We believe in fostering a love and appreciation for Irish dance by maintaining the integrity of the sport through fun and athletic training in a creative and nurturing environment.

Community: We highlight the importance of fellowship and friendship within the academy. With a shared love of Irish dance, we encourage and support all team members throughout their dance journey.

Accessibility: We are committed to providing a fair and nurturing environment where all students receive equal instruction and individualized attention. We aim to be inclusive and compassionate, putting the student first.

Integrity: We strive to set a standard of honesty and respect. Students are encouraged to openly communicate with instructors, thus allowing for their continued growth in and out of the studio.

Dedication: We believe that our program inspires dancers to establish a goal-oriented lifestyle that places an emphasis on work ethic and self-motivation. This approach builds character and develops strong life skills.
